In Te Maunga this week we had a visit from the Northland Science Roadshow. We learnt how to make rockets out of plastic bottles and all you have to do is pump the bottle with air and pull a trigger. We also learnt different ways to make rainbows using only a CD and a box. We did water testing and put ammonia and nitrite. My favourite activity was the rainbow one because you got to get glasses that made everything rainbow! But there's a warning that comes with that, DON'T LOOK AT THE SUN!!!
