Sharing My Knowledge On Food For Thought

 In Te Maunga we did Food for Thought with Abi. We learnt about what food is healthy and how to read labels on food. My favourite part was when I came first in the Kahoot. I learnt that you use the per 100 grams column instead of the per serving column.
